CALIFORNIA RELEASES NEW COVID-19 WEBSITE TO AID EMPLOYER COMPLIANCE

Recently, the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and Labor & Workforce Development Agency(LWDA) have pooled resources to produce Safer at Work, a website providing employees and employers information on how to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. This website has sections dedicated to employees, employers, as well as an outreach toolkit to help spread awareness.

Also, Safer at Work features a Customized Road Map which after a few short questions about location and industry will help guide your agency to compliant operations. This tool pulls data from your specific county, including local health department contact info, and can help you find any areas that may have been missed in your agencies COVID-19 compliance. Results are available immediately online and are able to be downloaded and shared amongst your workforce.
