HR Hotline for NCSDIA Members via Eyres Law Group, LLP

The Covid-19 pandemic has created many challenges and questions for employers. It has also created an interaction between both the workers compensation process and HR related issues. While we are here to help with the workers compensation claims, there are HR related concerns that also may need to be addressed.

One of the biggest exposures facing your entity is the handling of employees and employment-related issues. Employment-related claims are distracting, demoralizing and costly to organizations. However, they are mostly preventable. For this reason, NCSDIA is pleased to announce our Labor Law Employment Practices “HR” Hotline. Through this program, vetted member representatives have access to basic legal advice regarding employment-related issues at no cost to their district. Our business partner for this service is the Eyres Law Group, LLP.

Please take a few minutes in advance of an “issue” to become “registered” with the Eyres Law Group, LLP.
