Patricia has over 10 years of experience in California workers’ compensation claims. In her role,  Patricia manages the entirety of the claims process, from start to resolution, working closely with injured employees, members, and partners to ensure an effective and responsive resolution. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, and holds a Self Insurance Plan Certificate. Patricia also serves on the Board of Directors and Education Committee for the Association of Workers’ Compensation Professionals (AWCP).
